after replace new main con came out error code E355
how to clear this code?

Did you clear code in service mode.This problem happen when the Counter on controller board and counter board not mismatch, or you can re seat the jack on both board. if it not resovle you shoud to replace the counter board too.

u need to go in LEVEL 2 of Service Mode----see below

How to clear the error code:
1. Enter Service Mode: Press (*) Additional Functions, 2&8 simultaneously, then (*) Additional Functions again.
2. Then select the [COPIER] option. Under [COPIER], select the Function tab.
3. Under the [FUNCTION] tab, select the [CLEAR] option.
4. In [CLEAR] there is a selection E355-CLR. Select it and hit OK.
5. Reboot the machine.


* If the error still continues, you probably have a bad Serial Number board and it needs to be replaced.


if not in Level 2/ may be in Level 3

IR 2520 enter service mode only showing SSW simillar same ir2016.

CANT ENTER LEVEL TO 2.

HAVE ANY OTHER WAY TO CLEAR ON THIS MODEL?

UNDER CLEAR ASLO DONOT HAVE E355 CLEAR.

E355 is not used in iR2016/2020
model does not have a Main Controller PCB. The Counter Memory PCB is instead mounted to the Image Processor PCB.

In some cases, on the imageRUNNER 1023/ 1023N/ 1023iF/ 2016/ 2020/ 2016i/ 2020i after replacing
the Counter Memory PCB, an E354 or E355 code may appear.
At this point, enter service mode then scroll to “CLEAR”. Press “OK”, then scroll to “ERR”. Press “OK”, then an E355 will appear.
Wait ten (10) seconds until “E355 CLEAR” is completed. Then cycle the main power.
