Have you checked the manual? Check power supply, reseat all connectors on MB and DC DCCon. if all ok replace DC and/or MB. Cheers

E733-0001 indicates a communication problem, usually between the DC and Main Controller.

check flash dimm on the dc controller /could be faulty

      --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
      1. Check and make sure the DC Controller flash dimm pcb is on J381. If it is, take it out and reseat it.

      2. Try an Error Clear in Service Mode and power cycle the machine.

      3. Check the ribbon cable between J301 on the DC Controller and J1029 on the Main Controller. Make sure that this ribbon cable is seated properly.

      4. Make sure that the DC Controller has proper regulated voltage at J320 and J319. At J320 the voltages should be (pin1) 13VDC, (pin2) 5VDC, (pin5) 3VDC, and (pins 3 and 4) are 0VDC. At J319 the voltages should be, (pin 1 and 3) 24VDC, and (pin 2 and 4) ) 0VDC.

      5. Try a DC Controller Clear clear in Service Mode. Be sure to generate a P-Print before doing so. (30 series machines do not have this feature unless the Printer Kit is installed.)

6.Try reflashing the DC Controller and Main Controller with the latest versions.

      7. Try replacing the DC Controller.

      8. Try replacing the Main Controller.
