    [Misc] canon CLC 3200

what causes the scanner of canon CLC 3200 to not to return from home position during a multi-copy from adf?
During multi-feed after the third or fourth scanning of the original, the scanner get stock at the other end and making noise. I already checked the home position sensor for scanner but no success. However, scanning on the platen has no problem at all.
    need help guys. thanks.

This can be caused by a defective Scanner Motor .

The Scanner Motor looses it's timing from DF and will start to scan the next page in the wrong start position (result is noise).

First try re-seating the Scanner Motor connections at the Interface PCB.

or Replace the Scanner Motor ---if re-seating does not work
