[Error Code] Error 853 in canon IR 2270

Hi everybody,
I have a problem in canon copier IR 2270, it connected to 4 computers via network, it works normally,
when add new laptop to network, the driver install normally, but when give an order to print, the message appears in the log NG and error 853 appears.
- The same laptop works normally in another IR 2270,
- I changed the router to another one, but same same.
- I changed the ip address but same same,

if this problem occurred with you please I am waiting your kind reply.

Error #853 when printing a job

Error : Error #853 Workaround : The ImageRunner will not print and #853 error is displayed in the Remote User Interface (RUI) under Job Status > Print Job > Log. The imageRUNNER IP address responds to the ping command over the network. Workaround : This error occurs when the Network Multi-PDL Printer Kit-E1 is not installed and a driver different than UFR is being used to print. Installing and using the Canon UFR driver corrects the error. Note that the PCL or PS driver will cause the error when the Network Multi-PDL Printer Kit-E1 is not installed.

Cause-Using the wrong printer driver.
-The machine does not have the proper printer kit installed (e.g.
UFR, PCL, PS kit(s)).
-The print job did not print because due to lack of
resources on the printer (e.g. memory, HD space, etc).
-Print spooler on the machine is full.
-The number of secure print jobs have exceeded the
maximum limit that can be reserved at this time.

The ImageRunner print to the four computers installed before and working correctly without any problem. but when add new computer to the same imagerunner the error occurs and display in the RUI>under job status> print job> log. NG and #853 displayed.
the ImageRunner replied to the ping command
also the same driver that installed to the four computers installed to new one.

the op sys is win7 64 bit.i used another one but same same.the same laptop working on nother machine correctly

Is the other 4 PC also Win7 64bit?

What printer driver is installed in those 4 PC? (UFRIi ; PCL or PS3)

hi.4 pc are win72 pc are desktop 32bit2laptop 64 bit about the driver i tried both ufrll & pcl

Hi,

You need to verify the machine that is giving you #853 what print options installed by clicking "Check Counter" -> "Device"

If it do not show anything like "PCL", then only UFRII is available. What you need to is go "Additional Function" -> "Printer setting" -> "Utility" -> "Reset Printer". Power OFF / ON machine. Once machine is ready, use UFRII printer driver to try printing.

If the above "Reset Printer" cannot be found, then the machine is basically a copier only.
