[Jamming] canon ir7105 face down paper exit

hi every one i have a problem ir7105 copier when i make copy face up paper was come out good and , when i make copy face down paper leding eadg damege i am alredy replace duplex unit but i did not solve tha problem i dont know what wrong in this machin,
and when cheak in fuser nib not good how can i adjest fuser nib.

To adjust NIP :
Put an A4 or A3 size plain paper in the stack by pass tray.
Go to Service Mode : COPIER > FUNCTION > FIXING > NIP-CHK - OK
The machine will make a black copy and wait for a few seconds and the paper will come out.
The proper NIP is 8 to 9 mm.
