I'm getting dog eared prints before transfer on deck one only. The image is printed on the back of the dog ear, therefore before transfer. Has anybody else had this issue?

What are you done so far? Maybe it's good start with fresh paper and new pick up.Check again for any piece of paper.Use new tipe of paper pick up!Any JAM codes maybe?
