    ir8500 system upgraded to non-netware !! (from netware)

    i have upgraded ir8500 system (mn-con) from v20.14 to v84.02 but one thing gone wrong that the previous version has netware included but the later (newer) does'nt have it.
    when i check after update under *>printer settings>settings>(all things gone away)
    also *>printer settings>(utility has gone away)
    also i don't take backup before upgrade

    so what can i do now ? can any one help........

      There are two kinds of System softwares for the IR8500 :

      1. For NON Networked version : IR8500 (NO Network support)
      2. For Networked version : IR8500N (WITH Network support)

      Get the correct version and download it to the machine.

          i think i upgrade using non-network version (8500)
          ok then i will check for network version (8500N)
