ir8500 d-con and r-con upgrade

how can 8500 d-con (dc-controller) and r-con (reader controller) can be upgraded

i think they can't be upgraded with sst

but can only be upgraded by replacing fdimm

Is am i right?

you are correct. you would have to order those from someone if you would like a higher version

i upgrade using bicentronic cable (parallel cable) which is only supported by 8500
