    ir8500 bootrom v26.44B can't update rui to v83.01 (from v51.01)

    8500 has bootrom v26.44b, rui v51.01
    upgrading rui to v83.01 it always ends-up in checksum error
    others upgrades are fine.
    is upgrade failed due to bootrom (not a n bootrom) ?

      which mode are you using to upgrage the device?

      honestly if the machine is not connected then the RUI version has no real affect on the performance of the machine. I personally would not worry about it.

          why did you get worry about rui. nobody use rui in india. if checksum error occurs it means it was a corrupted file. don't waste time to try to install rui. just put system software only. finish.
