What tipe of paper do you have? Change paper tipe to heavy and check again.Try with different paper. Can be bad termistor or DC controller.

          Hello,

Have you replaced the film because of E0007 error code or because of the same toner fixing issue that you've now?

A toner fixing issue may occur because of:

1- Toner is faulty: It's not your case (you're using canon toner).

2- The fixing temperature is not high enough. verify it in display mode.

3- The fixing pressure is not good.

          Good luck.

          Rachid.

I have a similar problem before. I just changed my generic toner to a OEM toner.

Are you sure that you are using OEM Toner?

Make sure the right door when closed is applying pressure to the fixing unit
