Customer called with IR2200 . Has message which she dictated to me " Reached impression limit. ecurring job- reserved jobs may be cancelled. Check the print log." It sound to me like customer has to select jobs that are saved to be deleted so that space may be available for future jobs.
I just get involved with the mechanics of machine. This sounds like a custom or IT problem. Pleas advise so that I can at least inform customer of what to do. Customer has service contract for repairs and is assuming that this is covered and that i should go out there to take care of it. Your input is appreciated very much. Frank/ActionPhotocopy
