try re-seating the DIMM on the Memory Controller pcb

u may try this - (not sure)

disconnect adf from machine and then check for any errors

(the error may be caused by adf misfunctioning)

thanks for the reply guys. i try to remove the dadf and boot up the machine there are no any error appear then i figure out that the error is on dadf i clean the and reset all connectors on dadf and reassemble the dadf and put the connector back then machine are on normal condition again. thanks again guys these machine has a single pass dadf.

1. When a faulty image ascribed to CIS scanning side occurs at two-sided simultaneous scanning, re-fit J308 connector on the interface PCB, and then make copies.
2. Suspect poor connection of the DIMM mounted on the backside of the memory PCB (FM3-4436-000) found in the reader unit. Remove the DIMM, clean its terminal with lint-free paper moistened with alcohol, re-fit the DIMM, and then make copies again.
