[Misc] Dirty copies after replacing stirrer motor

Canon iR5570, started with a stirrer motor error E025, replaced the motor and the copies were toned, black on the bottom. E061-002 Cycled stir toner, replaced the potential sensor unit, the laser scanner unit and the board and it is still doing it.

    Any ideas?

laser shutter position inspect Laser Shutter Links in the Laser Scanner Mount Assembly (deformed / bent)-
what pre-conditioning lamp -all light ?
--To check the pre-conditioning lamps, the front door switch has to be cheated and the primary corona removed after the machine is in a ready state.

Perform the following to light the Pre Condition Lamps:

    Copier > Function > Misc-P > PRE-EXP

    bottom side ? u mean operator side ? or non-operator side ?

How many prints has Primary Charge Unit done - maybe check for wire break/replace unit.
