I have a customer that is using AAprox on an iR Adv c5035 with Accounting Management and Access Management. They want to be able to edit the base roles in AAprox but all the options are grayed out. The default settings are either too loose or too restrictive. The user is a member of the "canon peripheral Admins " group.
They cannot use the AMS plugging for EMC or the driver plugin because they are running on a 64 bit platform and there is currently no 64bit plugins. They are running this strictly for the accounting management for charge-back purposes.
I have seen, on another installation, that, with the right credentials, they were able to edit the roles.
What is the trick?
