    IR2800 paper jams on multi copies

    getting paper jams on multi copies, single copies work fine. happens out of both trays. Canon IR 2800g jam codes.jpg

    could not find codes in manual. paper feed rollers have been changed by previous tech that gave up on it. I normally work on HP printers/mfp's, but my church asked me to look at this unit. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

      Jam Code 0114
      Relay Delivery Sensor delay jam ,0114, is incorrect operation of the Inverter Flapper]
      If the Cushions are missing or worn they will cause insufficient gap for the paper to go through.

      replacement part is not available, other then to replace the delivery assembly

      A close replacement has been found to work, the part to order is FA6-0768-020, it is called a Rubber sheet. Similar in size about 1/16" thinner

          0114 jam code is a delay jam related to the finisher (PS19Z sensor).
