Canon PC-850 E002 Error Code

Hi,

I get a E002 error code each time I turn on the Canon PC-850. Any clues on what it is, how to reset the copier, or fix this problem?

problem is the fixing unit..or dc controller or power supply ... most likely fixing unit if you are not a tech... call one... you can not fix it your sell...
