Canon ir105 Error

Error displayed is E000551-0002. First time I've ever seen this one? Any help is appreciated.

Also does anyone know where I can get a service manual for this particular copier, preferably one that lists the service errors?

POWER SUPPLY ( FM1) IS FAULTY.


0002 The feeder cooling fan is at rest for 2 sec or more.
