i have 1 unit iradvc2020 that having scanning issue while perform scanning (copying no issue) using DADF. The problem was the document size will be detected as auto B5 size although the original size is A4. Anyone can assist ??

FEED-CNF--Setting of DADF original detection size
Lv.1 Details-- To set DADF original detection size according to AB configuration/ Inch configuration.
Use case When changing the DADF detection size Adj/set/operate method 1) Enter the setting value, and then press OK key.
2) Turn OFF/ON the main power switch. Caution Since the setting value automatically changes when changing the MODEL-SZ value, set FEED-CNF after setting MODEL-SZ. Display/adj/set range 0 to 1
0: AB configuration, 1: Inch configuration
Default value -- The value differs according to the location.
Related service mode COPIER > OPTION> FNC-SW > MODEL-SZ**Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**
