Canon IR6020i with F1 finisher and 1135 jam code

I ran about 60 pages before this happened. While doing a "P" print the rear guide came over and pinched
the paper and it would not exit.
The jam code sez it did not exit the stapler tray after a motor came on if that is any help.
I will read through the book tonight looking for clues, if anyone has a suggestion I would
be happy to hear or read it.

    Thanks

Teckat is right, solenoid 6 is most likely faulty, had handful of them go bad. See the four attachments below.

Problem solved: The front guide was sticky due to the foam pad under the stapler tray. Pushing easy on the
the front guide I could feel it stick.
I removed the lower grate and was able to get a screw driver blade under the stapler tray to scrap
the old foam pad off. I got some toner on a swab and dabbed it on the glue that was left to prevent
the guide from sticking on the left over glue.

          Hope this helps someone else

I can't help but wonder how many more foam pads
              are in the finisher?
