Hi, Last week I went to a new account and I worked on a Canon ir-3200 color , they bought online with only 80K. I went out and found the paper leaving thefuser about 1 inch into the upper left side delivery. The jam code is 0207. Samejam from all 4 paper draws and all different paper sizes, duplex as well. I did adc-con clear and problem resolved, that was last week. Today same problem consistencejamming same location. Same jam code. Last time it was a color print job this time acopy job black and white. I turned off copier and unplugged M1 finisher, turnedcopier back on,and ran a copy job and she works. Puzzled. I do have the SM, if any bulletins apply, please remit. I appreciate all comments.

Inspect that Internal Delivery Roller = FB6-4862-000/
it turns soft from heat/which causes a delay into finisher/or stationary jams

Re: Canon ir 3200 jamming after leaving fuser from all trays code 0207
Happy Labor Day.
This roller is good. This is a hard fail, the copierworked fine after clearing dc-con the first time I was called out to service, for about 5 days, and when the second occurrencehappened(same identical problem) all I did was disconnect the hang-on finisher(M1)and it now has worked for a couple of days. I have had problems on other 3200/3220s you mentioned due to soft and very pliable breakdown thathappens over time.I will call them this week. Thanks for the picture, that where the paper is leaving one inch out of these rollers all the time.Give a man a fish he eats for a day,Teach a man to fish he eats for a Life time.Comment

Re: Canon ir 3200 jamming after leaving fuser from all trays code 0207
Joint sensor=S4-When the finisher is connected to the copier, '0'. (The light-blocking plate is not at S4.)
does printer see Finisher connected ?? (located in upper rear corner of finisher behind plate)
take off that cover on the M1 to inspect the inlet sensor S2/ & roller
Paper coming from the copier is sent to the intermediary processing tray by the work of the
delivery motor (M1), and the movement of paper is monitored by the inlet sensor (S2).
how far does the paper enter into the Finisher ??
connect finisher >to printer>power up printer>pull finisher away from printer>should receive attach finisher message on panel>disregard this> keep away & actuate S4 Joint sensor with a piece of paper(message should go away) keep away and make a copy> paper should fully exit fuser> u should then receive a jam code because paper does not enter inlet sensor
