[Jamming] paper jams

i have two IR3035 with paper jams just after the paper came out of the fuser unit it jams in A4 but in A4R its
passing thru okey i have charged the fuser unit still the problem is the same.charged the rollers,senors,registration clutch what could be the problem?

did you make sure that your cassette paper size setting is correct...... A4 or A4R
