IR 2016 printing double side

Hi all,
I have a problem in canon copier IR 2016. The copier built in UFRll and duplex unit,

When printing from pc one side it works correctly but when printing double side not work, when choosing print window, finishing then print style , the 1 side print highlighted but the 2 sided print not highlight, so it cannot print double sided copies,

But when copying double sided from the machine it works correctly.

go to printer properties window and check the duplex checkbox under device settings.
