Hi Techs, we received a IRC 2620 with a Fiery C2 (Thanks to KL568 who corrected me) attatched as a gift from a customer. The firm owner died and his son had to get rid of all the electric devices. So i tried to find out the IP Adress of the Printer / Fiery, but the customers son doesnt know anything and the former employees also coundnt help. Is there a way to reset the Fiery or get some informations about the IP? The Fiery display sais 00, so it seems like its correctly connected and working fine. I know the default password is Fiery.1 but without the IP i cant access the interface.

Hi,
That model would be attached with Fiery C2.
Have you tried printing out the configuration sheet from "Printer" tab of copier's LCD screen. It ought to show you the IP -

Thanks for the answer. You are right in both ways. I was able to print out the config as you told me and it sais its a C2 Fiery. Found the way how to configure the IP, now it works.Comment
