    light copy in IR 1600

    Hi everybody,
    i have a problem in IR 1600, light copy,
    I replaced the drum unit original one and new toner but same same light copy,
    the counter of the machine about 30.000 copies

    Replace the developer ciylinder blade.Use the new type of Blade. FB6-2022-020

    extend the length [A] of the Blade [1] by 1 mm so that the contact surface with the Developing Cylinder [2] is enlarged; thus the amount of Toner coating increases.

      Hi Mido,
      first, wipe the developing cylinder with a suitable solvent and make sure to dry it out well.
      second, carefully clean the laser unit .

        thank you very much for you reply,
        I wiped and cleaned the cylinder and the laser unit and replaced the toner powder but same same,
