Rebuilt the fuser in a C3220 for an office. Got it all rebuilt, tested the fuser in the unit and checked to ensure the NIP was within spec. Seems to be working flawlessly (and crisper and quieter according to the owner). Only one problem. I cannot for the life of me find the steps for fuser counter reset in the service manual. It mentions the nip check in several spots, but cannot find the steps for the counter reset on the fixing unit. I'm assuming I am blind and missing it somewhere and I hope someone here can help me out. Thanks.
