    [Electrical] Overvoltage on IRC2620

    Hello to all of you

We recently have an IRC2620 on which an external overvoltage took place. The machine doesn't switch on and the green led is off. We replaced the "all day power supply", the green led is lighting but the machine doesn't start (no rotation) and the LCD is black. I noticed that the documentation is confusing me. There are many power supply PCBS and i just ignore where to start. Thanks for any help.

    Dear Rashind

this problem occurs with me always replace the Power Supply all of it (its a rectangle unit) .if this didnt works try to change the MFC Boards (this included the Boot ROM ,RAM ,HDD) 100 percent it will work .

Printer Leakage Breaker -by power switch ----checked
check for AC into on printer plug side to AC out past breaker ?

If the protective function has gone ON, turn off the power switch of the printer unit, disconnect the power plug of the printer unit or the accessories power supply circuit, and remove the cause of activation; then, leave the machine alone for about 3 min, and turn it on to reset.

        Dear all,

The "all day power supply PCB" we replaced was defective. We ordered another one which solved the issue. The part number is : FK2-0111-000.
