    Jam 0B00 on iRC 2380 when duplexing.

    Here I am after so long!
    I display this problem: iRC 2380 when he made copies or prints double-sided paper jam code 0B00 ....
    The problem is intermittent ......
    Can you help?

    Hello,

    0B00 is a door open jam. During printing, the machine has detected that one of its doors is open.
    In I/O verify the state of the door open/close sensors when the jam is declared:

    Address P007
    Bit11 Pickup (lower right) door open sensor signal 1: Closed

    Bit12 Front door open signal 1: Closed

    Bit13 Feeder (right) door open sensor signal 1: Closed
