    E013 on iR 6570

    Another problem: error code E013 on iR 6570 ...
    I unlocked the screw which transports the waste toner recovery bottle.
    But once the group reassembled the machine keeps giving me an error code ...
    I also reset the counter on the toner ..... But nothing .....

    Suggestions?

      check the MSW5 switch

          Hi,

          Verify the state of the waste toner feedscrew switch signal SW5 in :

          service mode> I/O > P002 > bit 15 > 0: lock.

                  How do you fix the problem please if after empting the waste toner bottle, inspecting the waste toner drive and waste toner feed-screw switch, clearing the counter, and trying to clear the error under Function, E013-0001 it's still there?
