What are you done so far?

    Try with Service mode 2: Function/Laser: LD-ADJ-Y, LD-ADJ-M, LD-ADJ-C. Enable with OK
These operations allow the Y,M,C Lens to be reset to the middle position via the Service Mode.
    Practice makes perfect
If it ain't broke, don't fix it
A picture is worth a thousand words
If you want something done right, you have to do it yourself

Ck your laser settings with the factory print out in front door, and correct in service mode 1 laser adjustments, also i have had this issues with the transfer belt assembly being worn out and dirty.

First----your ITB unit needs maintenance (clean & or replace belt, when belt is removed> clean the black rubber roller)
