Canon copier IR 2200 Software

I order some second hand machines IR 2200 from Norway. The problem is that the menu is only in Norwegian without any other options( I checked ). How can i delete the Norwegian Software and install en version that include French and English ?.Thanks

Call local Canon service tech, he will do what ever you need.
And off course pay his bill.

Most Digital Copier Models are Multi Lingual User Interface. Can easily modify the settings in user mode.

On these machines, only if the software is loaded can you switch language versions. If the language version you want isn't loaded, you need to flash the software with the language version you need.

You'll need the system software and the service support tool to accomplish this.

Also, as stated by xcopytech, you'll need a trained tech to do the install. He/she should have the software you'll need.

Follow this instruction to switch on the other language on your IR2200

Press the (*) for additional functions
--> Common settings (upper left corner)
--> use arrow down until page 4
when you reach the page 4 the last button on the right
that is the language switch
--> then press the arrow again on the right
--> press the on button
--> select English
press ok
press done 2x

But If you cannot see the English in the switching area you need to load it. You need a trained tech to do it for you, and if you insist to do it by yourself just email me.
