iR2525 Default copier settings based on User IDs

    Hi,

My customer had an old Konica that had the option of selecting copier settings according to User IDs. For example, certain users required T2 as a default and some others T1.
Is there any way to achive this with iR2525 please?

    Thanks in advance!

    RUI-click [Add.Func.] Department ID/User Management in the Add.Func.menu

    RUI- CHECK Send Restriction Settings

Thanks but that does not do it ...
It gets even worse, the customer wants to forward faxes to an email and not printing them, which can be set, but the customer wants also to get a report for each transmitted fax. This machine treats forwarding to an email the same as transmitting, therefore, the machine prints a report for every received fax that is successfully forwarded to an email address.

      Cheers,

I think your customer is asking for way more than this machine can deliver.

Sounds like it's time to get their salesrep involved; either to set the expectations straight or up-sell them.

I hope for your sake the customer wasn't told "Sure, it will do that!". If so, yer screwed.

The machine can only do so much.
