IR ADV C5030 - E602 - 0124 and False ADF Jam when performing Fiery Calibration

Regarding the error code I am going to replace the HDD but this is weird ... while performing Fiery Calibration and have the gray scale sheet on the glass the machine is supposed to scan but instead it gives me an error message "Remove jammed paper 010094 - open the feeder cover ..."

Anyone seen this before or has any ideas please?

Yes.Firmware version is reason for ADF jam when performing Fiery Calibration.Need to upgrade.

There is a Fiery patch file that need to install in the Fiery hardware to overcome. Which Fiery server is the machine attached to?

Its on a 5030. Says so in the post title
you need the following patch - 1-19Q9Q0 for the imagePASS-B1 v1.01

Yes, you are right on that Fiery hardware and patch file.

Always get confused with the imagePASS-A1 / GX300 imagePASS-B1 is for different model of Advance.

the GX series only goes on the 5051 model for this series
