Hello,

Need help for the IR Advance C2030L. On our first installation, the copy options was not appeared on Quick menu. What options need to do for this problem,

I also have aproblem with the canono IR-C2020L. It gives an error code which indicates for cleaning the black color sensor. But i'm looking forward to get the service manual.
So, if any one can send me the the service manual i'ld be so appreciated.

Use button in right upper corner of display(need to be log in 7654321)and find copy option in favorite buttons.If you can't find,try to upgrade firmware.Also check if you have reader properly installed.

Is there any error code in the historic of the display mode?

if the copy option is not displayed by default on the screen, it's essentially due to a non reader detection at power on or there is an issue with the reader:

1- Verify the connections betwwen the reader and the printer (indicated on the installation procedure attached with the reader doc)

2- Eliminate the two scews fixing the reading CCDs (indicated on the installation procedure attached with the reader doc)

3- If the physical installation is ok, go to: Service mode > Option >W/SCNR : 1 installed ( it is automatically selected once the Reader Unit is detected at the start of the machine).

Check the connectrion of the reader unit. The 2 white flatcables between the reader controller and image controller AND!! the power connector in the rear left upper corner sometimes people forget this cable.
