Can someone help with this error, I have a irc3200 that usually runs great. But every once in a while the LCD goes blank. Only when printing starts either copying or printing doesnt seem to matter. otherwise screen appears to be fine only happens when machine starts to print. I know these machines are outdated but this one only has 84K on it so im trying to get the most from it.

Couple of things can cause this issue. System software, bootrom, main controller, electrical. This was common with this unit. You should be able to find info within this forum that would explain more. -

In most cases just dismantle and cleaning the contacts of the LCD & Touchpanel units can resolve similar problems, otherwise maybe replace the Ballast PCB (the Pink & White wires are attached to), it operates similar to the Starter in a Fluro Light or the Backlights in your Laptop LCD.
