This code pops up once in awhile the copier also makes blank copies. Does anybody Know what this code and sub-code is I don't have a manual for this machine thanks!

I'm having the E064 code as well on an IR3320i. It crashes the HDD after that error code and E602 will appear shortly. Does that apply to the ir3320i model as well?Comment
