Canon IR 6065i prompting for paper

This box is set up mainly as a network printer and scanner, every time someone prints an email attachment the old orange ligh flashes prompting you to select paper. Even when A4 tray is selected and A4 job is selected this continues to happen. Is ther an override setting for this, as in Kyocera's A4/Letter override?? Cheers guys
