is this issue from > Glass Copies / DF copies / Network Prints / Duplex / MF tray /

from all paper feed locations ?? paper type ?

Did u follow this procedure iR6000 Shifting Registration
Clean bushings and both registration roller shafts with alcohol. Do not lubricate.
Lubrication of plastic bushings attract dust and dirt, only brass bushings should be lubricated unless otherwise stated in service manual.

Inspect Registration roller for flat spots on rubber roller.
    Replace Registration Clutch
Inspection of the Pre-Registration Drive Assembly -check bearings-Idler Shaft they are on may also be worn--

A One Inch From The Lead Edge, When Utilizing the Decks or Cassettes and Two Inches from the Bypass Tray.replace the Registration/Transfer Assembly

see pics below---- paper feed = (SUB SCAN)
first pic 1" example =Utilizing the Decks or Cassettes
    second pic 2" example=Bypass Tray
