iRC-ADV 2020L: From the platen glass does not recognize the format A4.

Another problem ... I have a iRC-ADV 2020L where when I make a copy from the platen glass, if I put an original A4, closing the DADF, it shows me the A3 ...
When the device is in "AUTO" obviously .......
I cleaned the scanner unit ...
I cleaned the sensor format ......
I ran the CCD Adjust ........
    I even made a RAM Clear the R-Con ......
    Nothing! The problem remains .......
Can you give me a hand?

    Thank you ....

Check SCANSLCT in service mode Level 2

    COPIER / OPTION / FNC-SW/ SCANSLCT
check & Set to > SCANSLCT to "1" --- reboot the machine

also in Level 2- Check =(Setting of original detection size)
To set original detection size according to AB configuration/Inch configuration/A configuration.

    COPIER > OPTION > FNC-SW/SENS-CNF

0: AB configuration, 1: Inch configuration
Enter the setting value, and then press OK key.

does it default to a particular cassette

did u check your cassette set up ???
did u Set the Size Plate according to the size of papers being set.
