If you have the SEND Function on the machine, you can send the files to PC and become PDF files.

*The optional Universal Send Kit must be activated by registering a license key.

          ordered from Canon

It is expensive, around USD 1000+, if you like to work :
Print the Maibox contents and scan it using PDF Maker or Adobe Acrobat professional to get PDF files.
Does the machine have the Scan Function ? Scan using the machine's DADF is an easy job.

                  Hi,

                  USD1000 plus! That is expensive.

spectraindo's suggestion might be less costly, if your end-users' don't mind walking back & fore to collect their originals document after scanning as PDF via Adobe Arobat Pro software.
