    IRC7055i with Imagepass-a1 E000-677-0010

    Morning,

    I'm setting up a new machine and I keep getting the above error code. We don't do a lot of cannon gear. I couldn't find the error code in the service manual for the machine. But hunting round the forum found this thread:
    Hi, I need Canon service support toll to upload system software to canon IR 3570. Can offer Xerox, toshiba, ricoh, canon, manual for tradeing. xcopytech@gmail.com tahnks. \ BR


    I've setup my laptop and can ping the copier and the imagepass.

    Any suggestions of what I should check next. I've put the network cables into the correct ports and I've set INT-FACE to 3.

    Have I missed a step?

    Set AUTHMODE (service mode Level2) to 1.
