Dear Sir,

Pls i want the help to solve the error E000024-001 appears in the ir3045 even after change the toner sensor in the deveolping ass

E024 The developing assembly connector is disconnected.
0000 The connection detection signal is absent
continuously for 100 msec.
Replace the developing assembly toner
sensor. Connect the connector. Replace the
DC controller PCB.

some times one of the gears of the cylinder get stuck and cant move in ordinary way also made this pro,make sure that you are using OEM Toner .check the connector also as our friend said

many thanks for your solution but i hear that if we upgrade the dc con version the problem solved if you know the steps can you tell me to solve the problem without change the dc ass

Theres a mylar on the stirrer that is supposed to wipe the sensor on each turn. If it gets damaged and doesnt clean the sensor you will get e024

Mylar scraper sheet that needs to touch the inside surface of the developer wall.

In the image below the inside surface of the developer wall is being touched by the mylar scraper blade. If the blade is damaged or broken off the toner will not be cleaned off of the sensor and give the error code E024. If the blade is the problem the developer will need to be replaced.
The part number for the developer is FM2-0287-010.

In my case, not to be replace the toner sensor part, open box toner sensor tenderly, check cable tip broken and soldering again. Reset the machine clear error.
