[Error Code] Canon IR 2018 How to clear E000 and E003 errors?

Hello,

I need help. Is anyone here can tell me how to clear e000&e003 errors? I try to do this in service mode but I can`t find property option for that.

Hello,

It is in service mode but as the machine inherited its service mode from the fax side of the business (like the ir1600's) it looks slightly different. Scroll across to clear press Ok then scroll to ERR (may also be ERR-CLR or ERR-Clear) and press OK. Switch machine off and back on to reboot.

If the error code comes back you may be looking at a new fixing/fuser asembly!

Yea u need to reaplace fuser film only, no all assy its to dearly.

ppanjj is wrong, if it was the fixing film you would have an E007 error, your errors point to a faulty fixing unit.

The error E000 has always referred to the fuser unit and can indicate (amongst other things) overheating or a faulty thermostat so it needs checking before just reseting

Errors can`t be cleared. So I change FUSER FILM ASSY. Now machine is working property (without extra error clearing)
