Canon ir 5570

I installed network scangear(version 2.30) on pc and connected canon ir 5570 but cant discover the scanner, but the machine is printing without any probloms,what could be the problom? please help.

What verson of Windows are you running?

Which type of scan gear did you install? The COLOUR scan gear will not detect a mono machine, and like wise the same for the MONO scangear with a COLOUR machine.

Failling this in some instancies a firewall could block the program as well as Windows DEP.

install procedure needs to be followed/

Switch the Printer to Scanner OnlineNetwork ScanGear User.pdf
