    IRC 3380 transfer belt

    I'm confused this morning.

    customer ran labels through their 3380 which in turn got stuck to the transfer belt, end result was they needed a new transfer belt.

    I put in a new transfer belt, however with the new belt there is ghosting and a black line that runs down the copies, I've reseated it and all looks right, but obviously isn't

    what am i over looking?

      did you install a new cleaner blade on the replacement ITB?

          Sounds like cleaning blade on new ITB is bad.

              Yeah new cleaning unit or might be some bits of label in one of the drums.
