    [Jamming] iR5000 jam code 0110

any clues or ideas how to eliminate this issue? it seems we have tried everything from the reg roller to the fuser exit. i have not had the pleasure of seeing this jam with my own eyes. it will go hundreds of pages or more with no jams. then show up again. then leave. id like to use a grenade, but that wouldnt be very professional...

Check to make sure the Drum screw is tight.

has been reported that in machines with 1 million or more copies, the Vertical Path Roller 0, and Vertical Path Roller 1, may need attention. Inspect the rubber on the shaft for excessive wear and flat spots, as well as the bushings in the machine frame. If either of these items appear to be worn, they should be replaced.

Upper Registration Guide may be putting pressure on Lower Guide. With the added pressure the Guide will not allowing the paper to feed through correctly. Check to see if the front tab is at a 90 degrees angle. Reform the front tab to 90 degrees if needed.

For me i will always got this jam when doing 2-2 copy but its ok with single sided copy.
The DUCT, FIXING CLEANER FF5-9809-000 will always easily get melt and causing the duct broken. It just on top of fixing.
Once it broken then the paper will hit it and stop before fixing.
