hola a todos tenemos una maquina con boot rom tipo c, nos a llegado el chip tipo N,
tengo entendido que hay que instalarle el firmware para este modelo tipo N.
queremos hacer imprimir esta maquina.
alguien cuenta con este firmware?
o acaso es otro el procedimiento ...gracias a todos

Creo Multi PDL para Impresora Kit-H2 utiliza N-Boot Rom
imagePASS S1/S2 utiliza C-BOOT ROM

cual es el procedimiento en los modelos que si se puede cambiar el boot rom?

When the imageRUNNER 7105/7095/7095 Printer/7086 devices are configured with the optional Multi-PDL Printer Kit-H2, connected users can access virtually every document/image manipulation feature, paper source and finishing mode available to walk-up copier users right from their desktop. Plus, it offers a host of other capabilities that are only available for print jobs, like Secure Print, Print to Mail Box, and Edit and Preview.
The Multi-PDL Printer Kit-H2 supports three page description languages. PCL5e/6 and PostScript 3 emulation are common PDLs used for printing office documents. The third page description language is Canon’s proprietary Ultra Fast Rendering II (UFR II) technology. With UFR II, both the CPU in the imageRUNNER controller and the user's PC are used for processing print data. UFR II print drivers are only available for Windows 2000/XP, Server 2003 and Macintosh OS X (10.2.8 or later) environments.

Multi-PDL Printer Kit-H2 (0527B003BA) is now available for the imageRUNNER 7105 v2 / 7095 v2 / 7086 v2 Series(0512B032AA).
The Multi-PDL Printer Kit-H1 (0527B001BB) will still be available for the imageRUNNER 7105 / 7095 / 7086 devices. When the Multi-PDL Printer Kit-H1 is no longer available, the Multi-PDL Printer Kit-H2 can be installed with the imageRUNNER 7105 / 7095 / 7086 devices with a system software upgrade.
The main unit system software must be V.50.xx or higher. When installed with the Perfect Binder-A1, the Perfect Binder-A1 system software must be V.20.xx or higher.

The imagePASS-S2 is an external print controller that supports true Adobe PostScript 3 printing and MEAP functionality. This controller features an Intel Celeron D 2.8 GHz processor, an 80 GB Hard Disk Drive, and 256MB DIMM memory. The Command Workstation management tool is available for Job Management, Archiving, Variable Data, Job Logs, Font Downloading, and Document Building.
The optional features can be added when the device is configured with the imagePASS-S2, including Hot Folder support and EFI Impose-
