Hi, I am having this problem with my IR2018, that is; it is showing paper jam but there is no paper in. I will like someone to help me with this problem. Thanks to all.

To have the jam code print the error log list: enter service mode > report > error log list > Ok

Open left door and check for stuck pre-regist sensor flag.Practice makes perfect
