    hvt, primary unit, transfer unit, pre transfer already change. still at drum sparking any ideas about theses case

    u mean arching ??

    check if Primary Corona Assembly is fully seated into the machine /check for a short

        Transfer corona is bad or too close to drum.
        If it ain't broke, don't fix it

          did you reset the counters for corona/corona wire in service mode? If you forget this, the mashine thinks: "hey, there are really worn corona wires... i will give it an extra boost"
          The result is, that the mashine fires up the coronas with all her might and this leads to spark impact of the drum surface.
          If sometimes you feel a little useless, offended and depressed always remember that you were once the fastest and most victorious sperm of hundreds of millions!
