[Error Code] canon

Hi guise my costumer machine was showing DEPARTMENT ID. I try to clear it but do not soc-sit. i remove the hard drive and format. after put the hard drive bark it give me this code E602-0001. please what can i do to clear this code and the department ID. some hep will be grateful tanks for your consent.

Who told you to format hard drive?? You just need to clear password in service mode.Now you need service tool,firmware and knowledge to make this wright.

it was easy for u to call a tech to solve for you this simple problem ,why u behave like this ,always intilaze the problem slowly slowly and read ,ask.

You could have fixed the problem in 30-45 seconds no problem. Now you have to invest in SST software, firmware, service manual $$$. Best if you don't no what you are doing to post on this site before you do anything or call a Canon Tech. Or now invest in a new hard drive with software already installed.
