    Boy you've really done it this time! I am sure the quick fix would have been to clear the password, in Service Mode (ADD FNCS > 2+8 > ADD FNCS >COPIER > FUNCTION > CLEAR > PWD.
    Now you will require the SST with the HDD Format & Firmware Registered & Upload same via P.C. (not USB) to LAN of Unit. Just sayin' - look before you leap.

    Desperate for help? But kinda of tough for people to answer when you are nearing weekends.

    Your 1st problem of department ID can resolve by doing a clear in machine service mode. But removing HDD and format it! That really aggravte the situation, and create your 2nd problem of E602.

    Now will need reload system firmware of that HDD for the machine to boot up properly.

    Hi guise my costumer machine by mark canon image runner 3300 was showing DEPARTMENT ID. I try to clear it but do not soc-sit. i remove the hard drive and format. after put the hard drive bark it give me this code E602-0001. please what can i do to clear this code and the department ID. some hep will be grateful tanks for your consent.
